• All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of your dated sales receipt.
• Your original packing slip and/or receipt must be included with any return.
• Items must be returned in new condition with tags. We will not accept returns of used, soiled, or worn merchandise.
• Defective DVDs, CDs, or other media will be exchanged only for the identical item.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for the postage to return a package unless the item was damaged in the original shipment. 
• Returns will not be offered on: Wigs, Hats, Caps, or Eyeglasses. 
• Once we process the return, you will be notified via E-mail and will see the credit on your account within 5-10 business days.
